Smoking is not permitted. Occupancy limited to 6 people. PETS: Pets are not permitted. Assistance/Support Animals must pass screening and verification. LEASE TERM: 12 months (with potential for renewal), security deposit, and first month's rent due before move-in. MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS: Applicants must have current photo identification and a valid social security number. Applicant's monthly household income must exceed three times the rent. All income must be from a verifiable source. Unverifiable income will not be considered. Unemployment income will not be considered.
