Unit 311 is located centrally on the inside and on the third floor and overlooks the central court yard. It does not have a balcony with ocean view but it does have quick and easy access to the gulf of Mexico ocean as it is just a few steps away from the beach after exiting the elevator plus excellent value for your money daily rate you will be hard pressed to find elsewhere.
