Lots of memories
I have been living in this apartment where my family calls home for the last 6 years. It's not much ( it's not glamorous) but we love it. it has a balcony which my husband love, top floor full of sunlight. Lots of memories was created here. We are a family of four trying to make it in this world.As it started last year it just started becoming harder and harder to maintain this apartment keeping with the monthly rent($1595), year after year rent just keep rising. I'm giving myself until the end of this year to find an another place where it's safe enough for my children to grow. I can't go to tenant court again.If we were to win this , It would mean to world to us.
