This home in Point Venture also has guest quarters if you would like to lease it in addition to the main house, it has its own separate entrance. It has its own full kitchen, 2 full baths with a loft bedroom, an upstairs seating area or office and its own private upper deck with expansive views of Lake Travis, the Texas Hill Country and amazing Sunsets! If you are interested in also leasing the guest quarters we will make it available furnished or unfurnished for an additional $800.00 a month plus deposit. If you would prefer to lease only the guest quarters we will make it available furnished or unfurnished for $2500.00 month plus $2500.00 deposit. Guest quarter pictures available on request. Trash, pool maintenance and all landscaping maintenance is included in the monthly rent. The first $150.00 for water and electric is also included in the monthly rent.
