19 Canal Apartments

19 Canal has been a great place to live! The location is extremely convenient with easy access to the pike and other major roadways. The property is relatively small -giving it a nice community feel. The staff is wonderful, always very friendly, helpful and attentive. The apartments could use a bit more room for storage but otherwise great. It is always quiet and seems well insulated for noise which is much appreciated. I would for sure recommend this place to others.

19 Canal is a great location and easy access from the pike and other major roadways. I love that it is a somewhat small building that does not have a ton of units and it is relatively quiet. Property management is lovely, always friendly, helpful and quick to respond to any emails or questions. I wish there was a bit more storage in the apartments, but overall i am very happy.

So far I really enjoy living here. Fast response to maintenance requests and the people in the leasing office are very helpful and courteous. The common areas are well maintained and clean. The location is also very convenient and close to grocery stores and shopping.

My fiancé and I were one of the first people to move into 19 canal and we have nothing but good things to say. No noise issues, all the neighbors are friendly and the 19 canal street staff are always friendly and accommodating. The fitness center is good and the outdoor grilling area is a spot we frequent! It’s also nice to sit out on the balcony or if we’re looking to go out, it super convenient being walking distance from downtown Millbury! We love living here

The 1 bedroom units are very spacious and the layout is practical. The neighbourhood seems safe and the common areas and amenities are well maintained. The people at the leasing office are very helpful as well!

Has been a very nice place to live. Maintenance is quick and the property is clean. The building is also very quiet.

Brand new apartment complex with beautiful floors and counter tops. Easy access to rt 146 and Mass Pike. Walking distance to Dunkin' Donuts, CVS and multiple restaurants and shops. Very close to Blackstone Valley Shoppes. It's in the heart of Millbury, it is busier and there is a little bit of noise but if you like the sound of the town like me, you'll love it. I have a great view of the Windell field and get to watch the town sports teams practices/games with balcony seating. There is an elevator to the third floor but it is not very handicapped accessible as there are no automatic doors to the main entrance. Doors require a key fob or passcode to enter. Multiple cameras pointed to entrances and the parking lot. Community fire pit and grills outside. When I had my dog, I wished that the dog pit was filled with a different element as the tiny rocks were tracked into my apartment constantly and my dog would get muddy. Otherwise, very pet friendly. I think that staff could be a little more accessible in person but it is easy to make an appointment or go to the office during their open hours. They have always been respectful and accommodating to most requests.

This community is really peaceful. It is a good location for families, students, or single living. The apartments are really clean and up to date. I would highly recommend living here if you are in the Millbury, MA area. The Leasing Specialists are approachable, kind, friendly, and available to answer any questions. The maintenance staff are helpful when things need to be fixed or installed.

Brand new and nicely decorated with large bedrooms and washer/dryer in unit. Staff are very friendly and welcoming. Close to restaurants, shops, etc. Elevator is a big plus. Plenty of parking and grounds are nicely landscaped. Safe/secure building. 4 stars because the noise from above (footsteps, running, stomping, jumping) can be quite loud and occurs daily. Wish we were on the 3rd floor.

We rented our new upscale unit without stepping foot in the complex. The rental staff/property managers arranged a video tour and we fell in love with the apartment, amenities and location. We are very pleased with 19 Canal St and our decision to make this apartment complex our home in central Massachusetts so we can easily visit our relatives who live nearby. It's a wonderful community with plenty of parking.

The apartment is nicely decorated with large bedrooms and a washer/dryer. The elevator is a big plus. Management is very friendly and welcoming. Walking distance to a lot of shops and restaurants. Pretty quiet, although we do hear A LOT of noise from the apartment above us so that is why 4 stars vs 5.

This place is new, the people and staff are friendly, and the town area has some nice restaurants for a nice meal. I have had no problems and the rooms are nice and get away from the typical gray cheap look that most rental places have.

19 Canal Apartments is perfectly located in the center of Millbury, MA near multiple major highways, grocery stores, shopping, restaurants and more! The property is beautifully maintained and always clean. The 1 bedroom, 1 bathroom apartments are very spacious for a couple and very comfortable. If you work from home, you will have plenty of space and quiet to do your work. The management staff are friendly and respond to maintenance requests in a timely manner. There are multiple amenities including a gym and outdoor patio with grills and fire pit which are always kept clean and are easily accessible to all residents. There is a diverse group of residents from young couples to families with children but the property stays pretty quiet throughout the week.

I absolutely love this complex! Everything is new and clean. I live on the third floor, which is nice and have had no noise issues. There is a bar outside the complex but I'm able to sleep even when they play music. Each apartment has a balcony, which is super calming. There is also a gym with necessary equipment. The packages and mail all come in a timely manner and I have never gotten anything stolen. I just moved to Mass for 5 years and I don't see myself moving out!

We moved to 19 Canal about 6 months ago after owning a home for more than 50 years. The rental agents were friendly and extremely helpful in answering all our questions about the transition from homeowners to renters. And the excellent customer service continued after we moved in. Everyone we dealt with from the management company was professional, friendly, and very accommodating. We had several requests that required maintenance people to go "above and beyond", and responses to all our requests were quick and done well. The property itself is great. Dogs are allowed, and quite a few tenants have them, but we never hear any barking or other noise from dogs. In fact, our apartment is extremely quiet -- we don't hear any noise at all from other tenants. Management provides carts that we can use to haul things in and out (yes, there is an elevator). Landscaping is beautiful -- all the lovely summer flowers were just replaced with mums for the fall, and the landscapers are here several times a week to keep everything looking great. There is a patio area with chairs and umbrella tables, a fire pit, and gas grills. There is also a fenced dog park behind the building. There are multi-purpose rooms with free wifi, a game room, and a fitness center. The location is perfect. We also rent a garage, and we rarely need to take the car out. Within a few minutes walk there are multiple restaurants, a movie theater, 2 drug stores, walking paths, and much more. There is a bus stop in front of the property, and you can take the bus to Worcester, Walmart, or the Mall. So far we haven't found a single thing not to like about living here. The apartment itself is great. Bedrooms are large with plush carpeting. Other rooms have vinyl plank flooring, which is very easy to clean and take care of. Appliances are included, including a washer/dryer in every unit. All the windows are equipped with blinds. There is ample closet space. And so far the cost for utilities has been very reasonable -- less than we paid when owning a home. Overall, we are very happy we left home ownership behind and made 19 Canal our new home.

Very clean and friendly environment. Great location just outside of Worcester too.

This place makes me feel comfortable and safe, it is well maintained and the staff is easily assessable and the people are very friendly

I’ve rented since last November and I enjoy it. It’s clean and cozy. The maintenance team is quick to reply to broken things. Highly recommended.
