This building and new management company has been nothing but amazing! I’ve been in the city for a long time and this is by far the best place

Building runs great I am very excited to be living there. The amenities are great too just wish the gym were a little bigger. I love that the mail room is open for packages on the weekend

It has been a true pleasure living at 19 Dutch for the past 4 years and I look forward to many more with this great community. The apartments and amenities are amazing.

The valet team here is the best. The common spaces and trash rooms on every floor are always immaculate. Happy to learn that the front desk team will be increasing security measures to ensure that people can’t walk off the street into the building, particularly the gym.

Very loud and elevators always break, nice interior, staff is nice. Leasing agent turnover high. Neighbors is not that nice, too many homeless shelters

Love it here! Stunning apartments and amenities. Staff is also so kind and fix problems super fast. Location is also very convenient with the train station right there.

Since Ben & I moved in, it has been so nice. The space we have in our modern apartment is everything we wanted, along with a nice view of the Brooklyn Bridge. We originally just wanted a building with a gym and some community spaces, but we have so much more than that! The lovely staff that helps maintain the building, receives our packages, and the first smile we see from the doormen when we go in and out of the building really makes your day better, and its nice to see familiar faces where you are living. It gives a sense of coziness, and a homely vibe whilst the hospitality and building itself is more like a hotel.

Experience has been good so far. All the staff are very nice. Would be nice if they had a sauna/steamroom and a golf simulator. Some of the amenities don't get much use and feel like a waste of space. There's also someone on my floor who smokes in their apartment and you can smell it from the hallway. It's been a few months and management hasn't done anything about it

I love it here. Friendly associates amazing. Whenever I have an issue there is always someone available to assist me. The issue is normally resolved within 24 hours.

Great Building, Great Staff & Great Neighborhood! Near great downtown attractions, conveniently located near public transportation including the NJ Path & Wall Street Pier 11. Many great restaurants & and shopping stores.

We have really enjoyed living here! Management was very helpful during the move-in process, handling shifting logistics with grace. The amenities and gym are well-maintained and convenient. The apartments themselves are open and airy and thoughtfully designed - in-unit laundry is so nice to have for this city, and there's even a special stove for a wok! Location couldn't be better (on top of Fulton station, good food on every block). Hello Alfred handles tidying/grocery shopping/dry cleaning - ideal for a busy professional. Hoping to stay for a few years!

Apt 12F the service I receive as a resident of 19 Dutch Street are stellar and I would recommend without reservation any of my friends and/or family.

19 Dutch is a Peaceful, Quiet place to live. It's location is right in the middle of Manhattan. It's surroundings are very close to the World Trade Center e.t.c

building supervisor, handyman Jose and maintenance team members working very professionalism and fast respond to solve any building problems

19 Dutch is an excellent resident with complete and courteous staff that ate always pleasant and give service with a smile.

Moving into 19 Dutch was seamless. Shout out to the management team (Jasmine in particular) for going above and beyond to make sure I got the unit I wanted despite a lease already being signed on my behalf. The staff are very warm and approachable, the amenities are insane. I do wish that we had an indoor pool, or at least a little more space on the roof deck (theres only around 4 chaise and 2 dining tables for a huge luxury building. Seems like they focused more on the lounge with it being extravagant and beautiful, but not necessarily wanted. Only mention this insight because Im familiar with many competing buildings in the area all of which offer higher quality roof deck set ups, more amenities (I.e. Pool, bball court, sauna and locker rooms, etc.).

Great community so far, Ive been here less than a week. The management is very responsive and every team member has been very personable.

The whole 19 Dutch maintenance team are nice and hard working. Their job done in a perfect way and neat.

19 Dutch is a great apartment building that has allowed me to live in a neighborhood that is accessible to all modes of transportation and is really the center of NYC. During the pandemic it was a haven and I continue to enjoy my time here and hope it is a long time.

The 19 Dutch experience is very family driven, it's not your typical New York apartment building, management knows your name and the staff always greats you with a smile, it's a community that you feel safe in.

19 Dutch have an amazing team and everything went smoothly. Im so happy with the amazing team there . Everyone was so helpful with the move too.

I love living at 19 Dutch. Firstly the amenities are amazing and top of the line and the view is like no other. secondly the Concierge Staff is one of the best I've encountered and I've lived at multiple doorman buildings in NYC. David specifically is a top notch concierge. he's the perfect mix of professionalism and hospitality. It is a joy to come home after a long stressful day to his smiling face and bright personality. All the staff has been great. I am looking forward to living here for years to come.

Living in this building has truly been a pleasure. Whenever this a problem it is handled within hours of submitting the request and it is fantastic.

19 Dutch was an amazing place to live for the last 3 years. The amenities are top notch. I don't know anywhere else that has a great of a view of lower Manhattan than the 64th floor at 19 Dutch. The front desk staff was incredibly courteous and helpful with anything we needed. The management team setup some great events for the residents as well - especially on the rooftop. The in-unit amenities are great as well: smart controlled light switches, central air/heating, oversized refrigerator, in-unit washer/dryer and a garbage disposal!

I just moved into 19Dutch and needed a small maintenance request. My issue was resolved immediately and the maintenance staff was professional, clean and worked quickly. I am impressed with the timeliness and professionalism! Thank you!

For more than 5 months, we have been filing complaints about unbearable loud crashing of heavy objects and threatening cursing noise from a neighbor at 3 AM. We were (and are still) trying very hard to communicate with the management team and hope to resolve the issue. However, regardless numerous attempts of reports to concierge and emails to management office, no essential changes have been made. The situation is so disturbing to us to the point that we do not feel safe living in our apt anymore. We both feel life threatened. Our safety and basic living rights are obviously not the first priority of the building. The management office replied to us that they will investigate the issue and get back to us. However, until now, we have not heard anything back. We will see how things proceed.  

I have been interested in living at 19 Dutch for almost two years now. When I first was looking at apartments, the building wasn't even done yet and I quickly fell in love with it. Unfortunately my boyfriend at the time had strong opinions on wanting to live elsewhere so I just followed 19 Dutch on instagram and looked on from afar! 18 months later I was out of my old building and into 19 Dutch where I wanted to live all along! The apartment is in amazing shape, the amenities are insane, and the smart home features are just an added benefit I didn't even know about when coming back to the leasing office. I love 19 Dutch and recommend it to anyone looking for luxury apartments in the city.

Here is continuous and loud noise all day for PH9, especially during the midnight 2 am - 6 am. The repair process is so slow. The first time I mentioned it with the leasing office is 4 weeks ago, but no one come until I came to the leasing office 3 times yesterday. You will wake up because of the loud noise at midnight. The best way to solve this problem for residents is going to hotels during 2 am - 6 am. When your lease is closing the end, they tend to be very inefficient on all your request. The first time I request a new mailbox key is the first week of Sep, the time I got my mailbox key is Oct 23. Honestly, the top hall is good and the bathroom is good.

Since we have moved in here we have had a great experience with the management team and the maintenance staff (Orjon, the maintenance manager is amazing). Would definitely recommend.

Living here is great. All departments of the staff are professional and kind.

A gem hidden at the heart of FiDi. Amazing building and staff and the first sign of neighborhood gentrification. Good start and more work to come to make the neighborhood what it's meant to be.

A pretty bad value for the quality of life. Extra charges for things like the gym and sets of keys seems superfluous. Kitchen appliances are so-so.
