NOISY. No management
So noisy. Paper thin walls. Everything rattles and shakes when people walk, close doors. TV noise travels like crazy and apartments are NARROW, so it’s like living in a boom box.

New management, NYU dorm parties
I moved in it’s before quarantine and it was nice, quiet young professional building. New management came in and it sucks. They are very unreceptive and it’s become NYU dorm party central and sucks. Everyone that’s lived here for years is moving out and parties every night. Can’t wait for my lease to end.

In the thick of it
In the heart of Saint Marks, not for the faint hearted. Tattoo parlors, bars galore, Japanese restaurants, lots of character. Love it!!!
