Adjacent to the kitchen, the dining area comfortably seats four, making it ideal for intimate dinners or casual gatherings. Designed to accommodate up to four guests, the loft includes a cozy queen-sized bed and a sectional sleeper sofa in the living area, thoughtfully separated by a ¾ wall for added privacy. The unit also boasts in-unit laundry facilities, and as a pet-friendly space, your furry companions are welcome to join in enjoying the city and its offerings. Pets are considered on a case by case basis with an additional $150 pet cleaning fee as the apartment requires special cleaning after your stay. Guests bringing pets will be required to sign a pet contract. Parking is available at $25 per night and must be reserved ahead of time to guarantee a space.
