Property Ratings at 1903 Portsmouth
No hot water, won't fix AC, won't even answer phone.
This place is awful. It has the potential to be a nice complex especially given the location. Bad management, little to no response on maintenance request and with none of the Amenities available as promised in the lease ( parking, secure gates, working laundry equipment, working heating and cooling and hot water) this place is one of the worst properties I have ever lived at
Off street Parking is never available! They towed a residents car and won’t repay her! Dog poop everywhere! a/c was broken for 5 weeks during August 2020 - during the stay home covid time! They don’t return calls or emails. 3-4 different managers and maintenance! Security Gates always broken. The parking lot gate shut on my car and of course there was reply of course, their reply was ”we are not liable”! But not to worry because that underground covered parking space is now flooded and nasty and nobody can use it anyways! Great potential but it just absolutely has been a major disappointment. Very strange dynamic among the tenants and management ..it’s as if we are the enemy and not their adversary.
They have neglected a lot the apartment complex , always changing manager and no one had make any improvement the washer and dryer machines are in really bad condition for months and the pool is discounting it hasn't been clean for more the 6 months and dog poop everywhere, I'm really disappointed of this place it wasn't like this.
