From exploring caves to museums and from visiting distilleries and breweries to dairy farms and orchards, the things you can do in Bowling Green are diverse and plentiful. Downtown Bowling Green has a vast collection of historic sites, museums, shops, and restaurants, but it also offers some unique destinations like the National Corvette Museum. Race fans can head to Beech Bend Raceway or head to NCM Motorsports Park. In the summer, have fun at Beech Bend Amusement Park and Splash Lagoon. Head to the campus of Western Kentucky University to visit the Kentucky Museum or cheer on the WKU Hilltoppers at Houchens Industries-L.T. Smith Stadium.

Constantly people coming in and out to fix one thing after another. Unprofessional maintenance that made me feel very uncomfortable as a female while living there
I chose CEV because of the location and the price. I don't have a car and I can catch the WKU bus and the Go Bus and get anywhere I want to. The price is great for what you get. I like paying one amount that includes everything I need.
I love living here. The staff is great. They take care of the residents. You can expect a responsive maintenance team that gets the job done. The rent is reasonable. Pool, hot tub, community events and close to restaurants & stores. Great place to call home.

I have been here at CEV for three years and it gets better by the year. The office staff and maintenance are very helpful.( I love Dom and Ms. Sherri. The other workers are pretty cool too. They are very helpful!! Maintenance- John and David are great! My requests are complete in less than 24 hours after they are put in. Overall, The staff helps out with roommate issues and they are there just to listen. The resident events are pretty fun too! The price is responsible and the apartments are close to campus. If you are looking for starter apartment..this is definitely it!

I lived at CEV Bowling Green for three years and had an overwhelmingly positive experience. Under current management, all of my maintenance requests and general concerns were addressed (usually) within 24 business hours and no later than 48 business hours. The maintenance staff is friendly, helpful, and professional. The office staff is just as great! They make a great effort to get to know all the residents and host lots of events and usually with free food (which is a huge bonus in my book ;)!) As for the location, it couldn't be better. It is sandwiched in between all of the major roads in Bowling Green, so there is plenty to do within a short driving distance. It's about a 10 minutes walk from the southern edge of campus and also has a WKU bus stop, so you can avoid commuter parking altogether. As a young woman, I never felt unsafe on property and navigated it frequently at night with my pet. (Although, I do think they could benefit from a few more added lights & fixing the broken ones!) It is a great deal for the amenities and location. It is also pet friendly, which is great. The pet policy is not ideal cost-wise, but completely understandable. (It in still very much affordable though!) You do have to share a bathroom with one roommate, but the complex is making a lot of great effort to further modernize their units if that is a concern of your's All around- I would highly recommend living at CEV! I had a great experience and miss the staff already!

Very affordable place to live! With EVERYTHING included. And minutes, literally walking distance to campus. Couldn’t get any better than that. The office staff is a plus also, they are very helpful and super nice. Recommended for college students or first time adults living on their own, definitely a great starter apartment. ??

There has been different management in the office but I can tell the people that are here really care. The staff is friendly and the maintenance workers are cool too. If there is a problem they usually fix it within 24 hours. The rent is a decent price. I wish they were a little more updated but they are way better than living in a dorm. Not too far from campus. A good location. They are close to campus and a shuttle comes, which is very convenient.

I lived here my junior year of college and absolutely loved it! The office staff and maintenance team are amazing. They are always willing to help. It is super close to WKU, and the shuttle stops right at the property! The feel of community is amazing, they are always having resident events and giving out free stuff! The rent is also very cheap, and it is great that all of the utilities are included! They are also pet friendly, and I think they loved my dog just as much as I do! Ha! I definitely recommend living here during college.

While the rent is cheap and campus is close, the pet policy is preposterous and completely ungrounded. First, they won’t allow cats that aren’t declawed. Let’s cut off the tips of their fingers and see how they enjoy that. Second, there’s a size limit for dogs and while this may seem intuitive, small dogs are often louder and more aggressive than the larger gentle giant breeds. Which leads to my next grievance, restricted dog breeds? Really?? Clearly these people don’t understand that dogs, like people, are a product of their upbringing. Finally, I’d like to point out that when I asked about accepted pets, I was told cats and dogs are allowed... not even fish are allowed... or hermit crabs. I guess that’s understandable since hermit crabs and fish are the most destructive and disruptive of all possible pets. If you want/need a pet in your life, don’t come here. Even if your pet fits the “allowances” don’t support this insolence.

I wouldn't recommend this to anyone, worst enemy included. The management is less than helpful, the maintenance staff used to be great, but they've devolved, and the quality of the apartment is terrible. Things go broken for weeks, people enter your apartment at all hours of the day without permission, and they skirt around every question. At the risk of sounding like a soccer mom: if I could leave zero stars, I would. Consider moving anywhere else.

We have made great efforts to build a qualified maintenance team and a "will get to it" office staff.
I have lived here for two years and would honestly not recommend it to anyone who can afford to live anyplace else. The amount of hassle I have to deal with from things in the apartment breaking(washer, blinds, lighting, AC, heat) has been horrendous. I had to go two weeks without light in my room once because maintenance was "busy". The hot tub and pool are almost always unusable, the wifi is terrible, and the utilities cap is ridiculous. We have only two people living in my apartment and have been charged extra in utilities all summer although the apartment has been mostly empty. They also don't notify you if they move new people into your apartment, which has happened to me and multiple neighbors. Long story short? Check out your other options.

This place is horrible. Living room soaked from when it rains, molded the walls. Ceiling fans broke. No air. Dryer didn't work. Many handles around the house fell off. Sink links constantly and stops off. 50 characters just isn't enough for how bad the place is.

It is our goal to follow up with every resident on how we can help them live their best while at Campus Evolution. We have made strides to improve our staff and quality of environment in our apartments by providing TVs, installing new sofa/arm chairs, new beds/mattresses and some upgraded appliances.
When you move into your apartment they give you a sheet to fill out with everything that is wrong with your apartment..... lets just say they didn't give me enough room on the sheet. I filled out the form, emailed the front desk and have writer them a letter about everything that is wrong with the apartment and now it is 4 weeks later and I have not heard anything back from management. My advice look elsewhere.

Very friendly workers, willing to work with you, not the greatest pet policy but understandable, it's a nice place to stay when going to skyctc or wku! I recommend exploring options then if all else fails if Everette has a waiting list go all for this place!!!
