Property Ratings at 1910 West 22
Hardly any of the appliances work correctly and there is trash all around the property. Has a D- score with the better business bureau.

Please come to our office or call us at your earliest convenience. We want to hear more about your particular experience and offer our assistance. We never want a resident to have this kind of impression of our complex.
As an educator myself, West 22 is the worst place I could have sent my daughter. Constant police presence due to consistently broken gates, drug problems, intrusions and alcohol. When I inquired about paying a fee to get her out of the lease, it was not allowed. I moved her anyway. This place is not safe for our children and the management is absolutely not going to work with anyone.
My son has lived at West 22 for almost two years. When I toured the property I was very impressed with the cleanliness and the fact it was a gated community. However, not very impressed with the security. My son's girlfriend's car was broken into and items stolen along with other cars so I think security could be better. But, overall it's a nice place to live and amenities are great.
This apartment is beautiful and wonderful. I love this apartments floor layout plan. This would be the perfect apartment especially if you are a college student.
This place does nothing but annoying terrible cookouts for their residents, they charge WAY to much for the quality of the apartment. They continually love doing people wrong, they don't care for the well being of the people who live here. Go somewhere else!!!!
I am very please with West 22 for my son's living arrangements while attending KSU. the management has been very helpful, courteous and responsive to all my questions. In shopping around for the best value, West 22 is certainly tops. The cleanliness, amenities and safety are all important to me and my son. West 22 meets the bill on all that.
The people that run the office are incompetent and unreliable. They advertise for months they are giving away football tickets: all you have to do is post a picture on Instagram and tag #lifeatwest. This should have guaranteed you a ticket because they had 8 tickets to give away and only 7 people did it. But they didn't tell you that they were just going to give the tickets to their friends or whoever they felt like giving it to regardless of the actual rules they set for the contest. So as you can see 'fair' is not a word in West 22's dictionary. Next, if you want anything done you have to harass the CA's at the front office until they finally do it. So you are better off just putting in a maintenance request yourself because the CA's will act like they are putting in a request right in front of your face however they are just goofing around on their computer. Then you have to wait for maintenance to get around to it... Oh and they already want people to renew their lease after 2 months of living here so that West 22 can trap you into another contract before you realize how much they suck.
I recently moved into West 22 in Kennesaw and was so excited because it was my first move with my long term boyfriend! Well, I was warned, but didn't know how bad it was. I was kept up half the night with parties, the smell of beer and marihuana, and the police were here on the daily. I realized this was a dorm-like apartment complex, but I didn't know it was exactly that- a dorm. However, the rooms were spacious and nice. Full master bedrooms, full kitchen. Beautiful walls and carpets. It definitely had a wonderful appearance, including a huge pool with hammocks, and craft night for the ladies. I liked it a lot- during the day!
This place offers everything. The rooms are simple yet beautiful. It's amazing for college students because of everything they offer. They are amazing about setting up ways to meet others but also have cool things that are included in rent like tanning beds and a 24/7 gym and much more.
Better than on campus living there is more freedom. The rooms are set up nice. Management isnt really the best.
