Nice location, but horrible management

Location was great, especially for the price, but I would recommend looking at a different building due to the landlord. The unit where I resided had mice and when we notified the landlord where the hole was, nothing ever got done. We still had two months left on our lease and even though we continued to ask him to shut the hole, he never fixed it. We had many issues throughout our stay and the majority took a month or so to get resolved. The neighbors that were moving out warned us about this, but we didn’t think much of it until later in the lease. Extremely inattentive and at times even got left on read after messaging him about concerns in our unit. Please beware.

Renter Beware - Very Sketchy Management

Location is great, but think twice before moving in here. The landlords use manipulative tactics and lie frequently. They have very little understanding of what unit maintenance is required to meet DCRA standards to the point where I genuinely worry about health and safety. Utilities frequently don't work, and one time we didn't have heat for weeks in the winter. DCRA is currently investigating because they don't even have a business license on file with the city for this address. Very very sketchy.
