Amenities include walk-out to private patio area with ocean views, private garden bed, and parking for two cars. $1,800 plus $100 per occupant utility fee that includes electric, heat, internet, parking, snow removal and all building & apartment maintenance. Ideal for those in housing transition, working singles or couples who also want a separate office room. Apartment is part of The Northport Inn & Lodge, a Tenant At Will property whose mission is to provide housing for working professionals. Located 1.5 miles from downtown Belfast, food stores and restaurants. Requirements: In-person conversation with property owner, verified reference from prior residence, employment verification, signed property policy document that includes strict no pets and no smoking, 3+ month commitment, first months' rent plus 1 ½ month security deposit. Total due at move-in: $4,500. There is currently no laundry facility, but this will be forth coming within 3 months. A washer and dryer will be available for exclusive use by the Apartment tenants and will be located in the Inn cellar, jut behind the apartment. There is direct access to the Inn Cellar from a door off the kitchen.
