This mobile home is located adjacent to the Pool, basketball courts, and the Mailbox so it would be perfect for a small family. It also has a good sized fenced-in back yard. The mobile home has a large Master Bedroom adjacent to the other bedroom and bathroom and a spacious open floor plan kitchen attached to the living room. Tenant Requirements: No Smoking [including vaping] inside the home. No felony Criminal Records. Tenants will need their gross monthly income to be at least 3 times more than the rent. A background check is required for everyone over 18 years old living in the house at a cost of $35.00 per person. Pets are allowed, if under 15 pounds, with a one-time pet fee of $250 + $50 per month / per pet. $1250.00 per month plus $1250.00 1st Months' rent deposit for a total of $2500.00 to move in. We do not supply any appliances.
