About This Property
Charming East Passyunk Bedroom in Newly Renovated Home Welcome to your new home in the heart of East Passyunk, one of Philadelphia's most vibrant and sought-after neighborhoods. This newly renovated bedroom is part of a large house that's currently undergoing a transformation, and will only continue to become a modern home. I also live at the property and am personally remodeling the entire home. Key Features: ?? The House: You'll be part of an exciting renovation journey, with the rest of the house planned for upgrades. ??? The Bedroom: The room is 13' 9" x 10' 8" and ready to be painted the color of your choice. Your private bedroom has brand new framing, electric, noise dampening insulation, walls, and fictures. It's a peaceful sanctuary where you can relax and unwind with great natural light from the West (and blackout curtains to counter it). The doors, windows, and floors are the only things not completely new in the room! A bed, dresser, and desk are all available for the room if needed. ??? Shared Spaces: As a tenant, you'll have access to shared living spaces: a large living and dining room, a double long kitchen, a spare guest bedroom, and a large unfinished. These spaces are perfect for hosting friends or enjoying a quiet night in. ?? Outdoor Area: The property features a small concrete outdoor space, perfect for enjoying your morning coffee or a summer barbecue. The space has a propane grill and four person table. ?? Parking: Most nearby parking is permitted (or otherwise 2-hour) but the proximity to Passyunk Ave conveniently makes any parking later at night much easier than most of the area. ??? Neighborhood: East Passyunk is known for its trendy shops, delicious eateries, and a strong sense of community. You'll have quick access to some of the city's best restaurants, bars, and local shops. ?? Transportation: Commuting is a breeze with access to public transportation and major roadways nearby, as well as 3 different Indego stops within 2 blocks, making it easy to explore all that Philadelphia has to offer. ?? Safety: Your security is a priority, with locks on your bedroom door, a ring camera, and a keypad front door lock. About Me: I'm Tim, 30 years old, born and raised in Philadelphia, and finally in the neighborhood I'd like to be! I work from home 98% of the time, but often find myself out of the house after work hours. I generally am playing Ultimate frisbee 1-2 times a week or otherwise out at a game night or watching some Philly sports. That said, I do occasionally host for both of these as well. You'd be plenty able to have people over as you'd like! I am a very routine person so you'll quickly get a sense of what my schedule is like. Happy to chat whenever you'd like to, but definitely not someone that would get offended if not!

Bella Vista, which in Italian means “beautiful sight,” gets its name from the picturesque Philly skyline that can easily be seen from the community. Southwark is commonly referred to as Queen Village.
Together, the Bella Vista-Southwark community lies two miles southeast of Downtown Philadelphia, and encompasses many blocks between two of its liveliest commercial roads: South Street and Washington Avenue.
Old-world Italian influences play a major role in the charm of the community, and remains one of the main attractions to the area. Visitors and residents alike look forward to spending a couple of hours at the 9th Street Italian Market, where rich aromas of strong espresso, fresh seafood, and homemade pastas fill the room. Every year, a festival in honor of the market is held and features family-friendly entertainment and of course, delicious foods and treats!
In addition to housing one of the original open-air markets in the U.S.
