Nearby is Odyssey Italian Restaurant, Stoney’s Bar and Grill, Sky Bar, Exile Kitchen, Trader Joes, Safeway, Fillmore Theater and so much more! This unit is available NOW! Rent is $1100 a month with a separate utility charge of $50 that Includes water, sewage, trash and gas. The application fee is $45 per person with the deposit of $400 pending approval. The deposit subject to change pending results of background check. We are PET FRIENDLY! There is a One-time Pet Fee $150 for Dog with $40 Pet Rent (one dog up to 50lbs okay.)There is a One-time Pet Fee $100 for Cats, with pet rent of $30 per cat (up to two cats okay.) To qualify with us here at RIO you must make twice the amount of rent per month, have good established credit (min 2 open lines of credit in good standings), no collections, no Rental Debt, no Evictions, and have a clean background check. We do not approve applicants by credit score. All applications are put into a specific algorithm that take all qualifications into account. We do not require in person showings, but they are highly encouraged! The Square footage our units is approximate. An in-person tours are recommended to get exact square footage.
