Living on (Old) University Ave also gives you easy access to UW Hospital and the VA. The Bus stop is just a block away. You also are in walking distance to the Regent Street Coop and Trader Joe's along with the restaurants and shops on Monroe Street and Regent. When you walk into this first floor apartment, you enter into the main living space with a kitchen and living room combined. There are two bedrooms and storage in the basement. All utilities are included in the rent except cable and internet service. Parking on the property is available for an additional fee depending on availability.
