Generous Landlord

My apartment is an air-conditioned 2 bedroom/2 full marble bathrooms with the most efficient kitchen I have ever had the pleasure to use. Plus, I have a multi-choice dishwasher and a versatile microwave. Heat and one reserved outdoor parking space are included in the rent. The building has a live in maintenance man who helps with any request he is asked. Even though I am in the heart of Rogers Park, I must drive to everywhere as nothing except one bus line is convenient from here. This is a minor shortcoming given the rent is only $650. per month.
