This room is cozy and perfect for someone looking for a comfortable, peaceful living space. You'll have a full bathroom to yourself, there's also a convenient half bathroom downstairs! There is a garage parking spot available. Home is partially furnished. Room is not furnished. There is an office available as well if you work from home. I'm looking for clean, responsible, respectful, and friendly people to share this space with. Preference is single individuals, no couples, and preferenceis another male who is personable and easy to get along woth and similar in age.
