Plenty of great restaurants, parks, and running trails within a five-minute walk of the house. Utilities are split evenly between all housemates, in-unit washer/dryer is also included for free. No pets or couples at this time. About the others: One is a 27-year-old mechanical engineer that enjoys going to car shows, watching racing, hiking, biking, going to concerts, art museums, listening to records, and playing guitar in his free time. He graduated from William & Mary in 2018 and enjoys traveling on the weekends, especially up to New York. One is a 24-year-old who graduated from Virginia Tech with a Bachelors in Statistics and works in Finance. He enjoys going out on the weekends or staying in to relax on occasion as well. He likes watching and playing all sports. Some of his hobbies include working out and playing video games. One graduated from UVA in 2022 and works as a software developer. He enjoys watching sports, staying active (playing sports like soccer, lifting weights, running, etc.), playing guitar, going out with friends on the weekends, and watching movies/TV shows. Lately, he has been trying to cook more. He is pretty easy-going but also tries to keep his stuff clean and organized.
