Has beautiful view of Century City skyscrapers lit up at night. Has kitchenette with small refrigerator and gas stove. Newly remodeled bathroom. Very private with no neighbors above or below. Double pane windows on all three sides with lots of light and no neighbors looking in. Very quiet neighborhood. Spectrum cable installed, but service NOT included. AIR CONDITIONED! Utilities are $100 month. No smoking allowed. Absolutely no pets/animals of any kind allowed as we have 2 dogs and this will cause a problem. Parking on street with permit available for one car only. No subletting allowed. No third-party lease. Looking for quiet tenant wishing to stay for more than one year. Proof of steady employment and high credit score required.
