Only a mile away from the newly built aquatic recreation center. $850 rent includes utilities (water, power, internet, trash disposal) along with access to hot tub, kitchen, shared bathroom and basement bar/theater. There is also a garage gym with a weight rack, barbell, and selecttech dumbbells. Solar panels on house produces 80% of energy! Large outdoor patio recently added. Current tenants are mid 20's to early 30's. We are all working professionals that are respectful of each other. I pride myself in providing a home in which everyone feels valued, safe and welcome. House has 2 golden doodles and 1 cat, so pet friendly tenants are welcome (however no additional pets will be allowed.) Must provide references, proof of sustained income, pay for background/credit check. Only one tenant allowed per a room. First and last month due upfront, no exceptions.
