For rent is a 1 bedroom apartment located in a private home in a very quiet part of southeast Yonkers. - 20 minute drive or a 25 minute Metro North ride from Manhattan walking distance to Fleetwood Metro North - All utilities are included. - There is plenty of street parking. - The apartment has a brand new kitchen/appliances. - It is approximately 800 sqft. - The house is situated on a quiet block and the apartment comes with some outdoor space. - The unit has its own private entrance; it is five minutes away from Cross County Parkway, I-87 and the Bronx River Parkway - It is also walking distance from the Cross County mall To be considered, you must be able to provide last 3 months of paystubs and last year’s W2. No pets are allowed. To move in, we require one month rent and one month security deposit. The unit will be available on April 15th.
