The large corral behind the house is great for chickens, pigs, donkeys, goats, etc. (The owners will offer tips on keeping the right kind of barnyard animals.) Fully furnished and move-in-ready with high speed Internet, big screen Smart TV, full kitchen, washer/dryer, mud room and fireplace. Located on a beautiful 955 acre ranch and berry farm right off the 101 freeway near Nojoqui Falls Park in Santa Barbara Wine Country. In spite of being situated in a wild oak wilderness, the Cottage is only 6 minutes from Buellton, with grocery stores, restaurants and shopping. The large back patio area facing the animal corral has a picnic table and a gas bar-b-que that is great for relaxing while watching the grazing cattle meander by at the end of the day. The Cottage is completely furnished with beds, couches, dressers, linens, dishes, etc. Wine Tasting (including 'Sideways, the movie set), beaches, the Danish town of Solvang, antiques, Nojoqui Falls, The Chumash Casino (gambling/concerts) are all less than 15 minutes away. There are miles of private roads on the property great for hiking, jogging, and mountain biking. You will enjoy the rolling hills, canyons, valleys, and seasonal creeks and ponds. During winter and through the early summer months the grass is green and the ponds are often full. The views are always beautiful.
