More verification may be request if the income is not consistent. Self Employed applicants must provide a copy of last two years of tax returns. Applicant must also provide documentation of the current year’s financial performance in addition to previous tax returns. APPLICATION POLICIES: A Completed application must contain all items listed above. Fully completed application packets will be process. An incomplete application package will not be considered.
