The space The property sleeps 12 - Bedroom 1: 1 King (first floor) - Bedroom 2: 1 Queen (second floor) - Bedroom 3: 1 Queen (second floor) - Bedroom 4: 1 Queen, 2 Full, 1 Twin (third floor) This home is newly renovated and everything is brand new, fresh and ready for guests to enjoy amazing views and days on the lake! The home boasts a stylish family room and kitchen area with floor to ceiling windows for lake views and natural light. The kitchen is fully equipped with quality stainless steel appliances, sleek cabinetry, and an oversized countertop ideal for hosting collaborative dinners with family & friends. The kitchen includes everything needed to host and cook for 12 (cookware & dining). *The house also includes two 6-foot fold-able tables with 10 fold-able chairs for inside dining when desired.* The 4 bedrooms are spacious with modern, clean layouts (bedding provided). The top floor is a playroom/sleeping area with 4 beds, full bathroom, Pac Man arcade, Nintendo gaming system and a large TV. The main floor has two bedrooms, each with queen size beds, computer desks, closets to store personal belongings. The bottom floor has a large game room and master bedroom. The game room hosts various different games for all to enjoy including a 9’ Shuffleboard, Connect 4, Slungshot, Tic-Tac-Toe, and a old fashioned popcorn machine for those movies nights. The outdoor area includes upper and lower decks with wonderful views of the lake along with a seating area for 16, 2 lounge chairs and additional seating on the side of the house to view local wildlife (deer and numerous species of birds and mammals). After a long day playing in the water or cruising the lake, get cozy around the fire pit with seating for 8 (firewood provided). The dock is boat friendly and guests are able to tie up inside of the slip and on the side of the dock. Cleats and fenders are on both sides for added protection to your watercraft. Water depth is around 6 to 8 feet depending on the time of year. Lake and Home Entertainment: - 2 Kayaks - 2 Paddle Boards - Life Jackets (6) - 2 Fishing Poles - Cornhole - Bocce Ball - 9’ Shuffleboard - Connect 4 (Wall Mounted) - Slungshot (Wall Mounted) - Tic Tac Toe (Wall Mounted) - Popcorn Machine - 4 TV's - 17 Various Board Games (Clue, Trouble, Sorry, Connect 4, Hi Lo Flip, Break In Alcatraz, Herd Mentality, Science Numbers, Chess/Checkers/Tic Tac Toe, Harry Potter Hedbanz, Cribbage, The Walking Dead, Throw Throw Burrito, Apples to Apples, Guess Who, and Operation) We have not spared any expense when it comes to your entertainment. Lake life is about creating lasting memories with your friends and family. Baby Products Provided: - Pack N' Play - High Chair Pet Policy: - This is a dog friendly property but there are limitations and all reservations with a pet must be approved prior to booking. - Guests are limited to 2 dogs, per stay. Pet fee is 75 dollars per dog. - It is ok to leave the pet unattended Pet limitations: - No dogs under the age of 2 years (24 months) - No cats - All other types of animals must be approved prior to arrival. Upon Arrival: As a host, I like to offer basic essentials to all guests who allow me the opportunity to host. I provide the following consumables for all guests to prevent from guests having to buy those pesky items you might only use once or twice during a stay. - Shampoo, Conditioner and Body Soap - Dishwasher Pods - Hand Soap - Coffee Pods - Pack of Water - Olive Oil - Salt & Pepper - Various Spices - Popcorn packets - S'mores Kit Why this house: I lived in this house for a year before deciding to list it as a rental property and can confidently state that its tranquil cottage-style charm creates a relaxing atmosphere that offers a getaway from the hustle and bustle of daily life. Nestled in a quiet setting, the property offers a peaceful vibe perfect for those seeking relaxation and serenity. The cottages' design embraces natural light, with large windows that flood the interior kitchen and living room with sunshine throughout the day, creating a bright and airy ambiance. Whether you're sipping coffee in the cozy living room or enjoying the serene view from the private yard, the combination of natural light and the calming, rustic feel of the home provides a uniquely peaceful living experience. This property is ideal for anyone seeking a calm, nature-filled escape with all the comforts of home. My interaction with guests: As a host, I firmly believe in providing exceptional service to all guests who stay in my home and I do not use any form of automated messages or canned responses like other hosts. I genuinely enjoy the hospitality portion of this industry and want my guests to feel welcome and meet the needs of their stay. After providing service to hundreds of families during my time as a host, I can confidently say each family or grouping is unique in their own way. While automation allows for hosts to scale, I am more concerned with the service provided and ensuring my guests needs are met. I am available 24 hours a day via message, text or call to address any questions, concerns or matters that surface before, during or after your stay :) Additional: All guests are subject to a Rental Agreement and will be asked to review and sign, as necessary. Guest access Guests will be able to access the entire home except a locked linens closet.
