New mini split units to complement the central heating/AC allows for flexible comfort control. Interior has also just been completely painted. Oversized attached two car garage. There are also multiple storage sheds and the pool house if you have more toys and general stuff than you know what to do with. Large parking area around the garage can easily handle four or five vehicles. House is on a large corner lot (1/3 acre). If you have a green thumb - or a recurring New Year's resolution to have one - this property has unlimited potential. Substantial fenced front yard with extensive gardens, trees, and multiple areas for growing vegetables. Secluded pool area with a large Pergola and multiple entertaining areas. The solar cover on the pool keeps maintenance to a minimum and the water warm (there is an actual pool heater also). You must be willing to maintain the pool chemistry and water level. If you're not familiar with pool maintenance, anyone can learn most of what you need to know in about an hour.....and I can show you how. :-) Please note that you will need to take responsibility for maintaining a reasonable level of landscaping - mowing grass, controlling vegetation etc. - and pool maintenance or have the means to hire professionals. This is a non-smoking property (that includes any outdoor areas anywhere on the property). Security deposit is equal to one month's rent.
