19th and Harrison

I love the staff - managers and maintenance crew. They are very helpful and kind. My first year here has been peaceful, and fun. The resident gatherings have been very enjoyable. I find that there are some pleasant folks living here.

I have had a great experience living at 19th and harrison, the other tenants are really nice. I have had good luck contacting the leasing office for assistance when needed. The one downside is the cost of parking and the limited availability of spots

JK is a true professional. After my initial tour, I fell in love with the idea of living in a down town luxury apartment building. JK facilitated the process which was seamless. I can't wait until I'm fully moved in. So far my experience has been excellent & I would highly recommend 19th & Harrison to all my family & friends.

I moved here from San Diego. When I got here all I heard were all these horror stories about the surrounding areas. I have been blessed to not have had those experiences, which makes me feel safe here. I appreciate the design of the building where random people cannot enter at their leisure.

I moved in a couple of weeks ago and love my apartment, the apartment complex and its amenities, and the property management staff. The interiors are beautiful, vibrant, and artsy. The property is clean and feels safe and secure. I also very much appreciate the professionalism of the Jas. From the time when I toured the building (twice) to the application process, move in, and to date, she has been very responsive, helpful, caring, and ensures all my questions and concerns are addressed.

So far so good. I really love living here- quiet, peaceful, and clean. What more could you ask for? The only thing is that sewage is a bit expensive!

There is a lot to like .The staff is friendly, my neighbors are nice, I really like my floor plan, great for the money in the Bay area. I would, however, like a map of the inside of the building. I don't remember where the compost is and don't know where to get my mail. Is the storage room with all the packages the same as the mail room? Where is the mail room? Where do I pick up my mail that isn't packages? I just need to see a map of the building so I can find things.

I have loved moving in here - everyone is so nice and the facilities are extremely well-kept! The staff is kind and respond in a timely and helpful way. The units are all very new and efficient.

The leasing office is amazing, Jas has been very helpful with every question i’ve had. The apartment complex is absolutely stunning. Apartment itself is very spacious with a nice layout and view from my balcony.

Pretty cool place and easy access to everything. Great location by the lake the view is amazing. It is very friendly neighborhood as well as clean ?? buildings

I appreciate the leasing staff's willingness to work with residents. The maintenance staff are wonderful and the building is typically clean. What really set's this place apart is the residents, I feel a good sense of community here.

Everyone is so nice, the staff are all very helpful and pleasant. Definitely a nice vibe and living space. Surprisingly quiet space to be in downtown Oakland.

Love living here, the staff is really nice and our property managers just go above and beyond. The lobby is perfect to build our apartments community as well as hosting little get togethers with friends.

I love everything EXCEPT not having a pool. I love the rooftop. I enjoy the apt features especially the gas stoves. But overall. I am enjoying my stay.

Staff are great here and I love that this is a pet friendly building. It's been great in reporting concerns and having a speedy response. They really try to support all of the residents here. My only concern is residents themselves not putting trash in the proper bins and the trash room fills up with items that should be taken downstairs. Feel disrespectful to staff who have additional work to clean up after inconsiderate residents. It's also very important to purchase a space in the garage. Cars are often broken into that are parked outside on the street. If you have to park outside, don't leave anything showing in your vehicle.

Quiet & beautiful. Pet friendly. Smells good all the time. Gym is a nice size. Indoor garage parking. Spacious units. Dog grooming stations inside.

Been here 2 years and the building has really turned around because of the hard work of the great staff! I feel safer here, I feel appreciated and supported, and I feel like this is a welcoming community that I can recommend to friends!

I just moved in and so far everything is going good. I love how welcoming the Property Management was and made my move in very easy. I would tell people to come here.

I love my apartment and community. The area has many coffee shops and there is so much to do. The Lake is only a few blocks away and its perfect for the summertime!

Beautiful property with a view of the Merritt Lake inlet. There are several common spaces with grills, couches it is such a chill environment and fun to hang out with neighbors.

It’s quiet, respectful community. I love the common areas, fast solutions for maintenance issues etc, my dog enjoys the localization - snow park, merrit lake.

So far so good. I enjoy many amenities the building has. Apartments are modern and well equipment. Staff is helpful. Good location, great for dog owners, just near snow park and lake.

Nice place I really enjoy the location. The variety of restaurants in the area is amazing and living next the the lake especially in the afternoon is breath taking

Over almost a year, there has always been things broken in common areas without communication/further updates from leasing office. Leasing office is always difficult to gt ahold of. The only helpful person there is Derek. Many people pay for parking but also many people in the structure do not which is very upsetting for the people that do pay. There are times when packages are stolen from the mailroom mainly due to the location we are in. The parking garage door took 6 months to fix, elevators broken, key fob door still has not been fixed, no remotes have been found for the firepits, and so much more that don't scream "LUXURY". However, for the price and sqft...you won't find any better.

Best of the newer downtown Oakland buildings— quiet, only 5 floors of residents, good location, good rent specials, proactive responsive staff, clean facilities. They could improve on timeliness of maintenance and cost of parking garage

Fantastic residence loaded with premium appliances, blazing internet, wonderful common spaces and secure mail lockers that’s close to public transportation as well as the best that Uptown Oakland has to offer. Staff is professional, courteous and quick to respond to any issues that arise. Very satisfied with living here and pleased to have recently renewed our lease!

I truly enjoyed my move to 19 and Harrison. I have been in my new home for 5 days and I feel so content. The building is beautiful and so is my unit. It’s the most affordable unit I found in relation to other places I checked out and it feels luxurious. My floor is quiet. The building amenities are awesome. The move in was seamless and any issues I had were corrected immediately. Overall I am enjoying it.

Lovely community, clean, well manage, love the kind helpful management team. I would recommend this community. So close to many great restaurants.

The leasing team was excellent! They answered all my questions and made the move in process go without a hitch! Great team and excellent property!

DO NOT MOVE HERE! This was the worst experience that I have ever had dealing with the staff. I am in the process of taking legal action against this complex so I cannot say all of what I would like to say at this time. However, during the time that I lived there before I elected for an early move out... 1. There were rats living among the complex. 2. Elevators were broken way too often for extended periods of time. 3. They moved me into an apartment with a BROKEN AC. I had to beg them to fix it for 1 month. Management is a joke! 3. Management locks the doors to the office during business hours, so that you cannot reach them. Do yourself a favor and DON'T MOVE HERE!

Awesome and very helpful staff. The application process was straightforward, and the check in process was also very simple. The apartment was also very clean at move in.

I've enjoyed my time here thus far. It's close to everything I need e.g grocery stores, bars, restaurant, lake merritt, the park etc. I like my apartment and that's why I have remained here for 2 years. Great pricing too

The amenities are nice, the staff is helpful, and the apartment itself is a good size. So, I would certainly recommend this apartment to other residents!

I have been here for two years now and overall I have had a positive experience. The only thing that has been frustrating is the recent package theft, but I think management was able to resolve this by adding security measures to the package room. Also this location is the best, there’s so much to do it’s very walkable. About 5 minutes to walk to Bart and 15 minutes away from the city!

This is the best spot in the city! I walk outside and I'm right in front of the park and Lake Merritt is a few steps away. The building is safe and quiet. Lots of monthly activities and community-building events. Tons of beautiful high-end amenities! The staff is the best; Derek is a great manager. Izzy and Ariella are personable. I love stopping in for them to see my pup, Celine. Mo is great! He's the maintenance supervisor. He always makes sure my requests are handled in a timely manner. I have had the best experience living here for the past 8 months.
