The apartments here are modern and pet-friendly and come with many outdoor amenities: A pizza oven, grills, dining areas, games, and a hot tub line the complex. The maintenance and management team are always quick to address any questions or concerns. The management team also regularly organizes events that give us the chance to meet and connect with our neighbors. Although there is ongoing construction, the apartments remain easily accessible for both biking and driving. Naturally, there is construction noise during regular work, but it is relatively quiet outside of that. I enjoy going on walks to nearby parks, climbing at Spire, and resting in the hot tub.

I have lived here nearly a year now and have happily renewed my lease. It's a wonderful spot to live, and we have really enjoyed the amenities (and really looking forward to the new ones soon)! For being such a large complex, there's wonderful soundproofing between the walls and we hardly ever hear any noise from neighbors. Highly recommend!

Worst management and they will lie about terms for breaking lease. It says you can break lease if you pay one months rent then they say the only way to leave is if you pay 2 months of rent.

It's a wonderful place to live, and we love our apartment as well as the neighborhood, and the management team. However, it will be so much better when the construction noise has ceased, and the new pool & gym are completed. The existing amenities are nice, but the rent is way too high for what we are getting.

I am giving it a five because it is a nice place. Folks mind their own business. Maintenance typically calls us when they need to come in given that we work from home we must know. I don't like the trash being directly across from my bedroom window. It is extremely loud. I feel that that should warrant some kind of discount.

This apartment is so clean and Kaela is so nice! We just recently moved in and they’re the nicest apartments in town. We looked all over for a place we wanted to call home and this one took the cake! Worth a couple hundred dollars extra per month!
