I've been renting from Champlain properties 6 months now and it's one of the best apartment complexes that I have rented from. The process was seamless and their communication was top notch. I appreciate that the property stays maintained and secure. Cesar has been the best and is always responsive when needed.
Champlin Properties is the best company I’ve dealt with for rentals. They are extremely professional and pleasant to deal with. Whenever we’ve had any type of concerns or even emergencies, they address is right away. The properties are always well maintained and clean and I love that I am able to utilize their portal. I love our apartment, it feels like home and I love waking up to my balcony seeing the view.
I moved into a 1br unit about 6 months ago. Cesar, the property manager, has been so accommodating for all 6 months so far. They recently had my unit renovated to be more modern, so I haven’t had many complaints about appliances and such. However, anything I’ve needed (ie. ac unit cleaned) Cesar and his maintence team was on it within days! I highly recommend Champlin for your next apt!
Chaplin Properties biggest perk is it's hard property manager Cesar. My roommate and I came to him one day to see the property but we ended up going for some other unit in another city. Turns out that other property manager lied to us and gave us a hard time. We ended up on the same day of a dispute retrieving our security deposit and last minute having the opportunity to meet up with cesar that friday and put in our approval that day. We sign our lease the next following Monday and had no troubles with our leasing agreement or our apartment since then. 3 months in. Cesar has kept up with any problems within our apartments be it installing the water line for our refrigerator ice machine or adding a new trash compactor just because our previous one was bit louder. The devil is in the details and this property manager has made us enjoy our stay and has helped us with great communication and transparency. Definitely worth a shot in looking at their properties and if you get the chance to work with Cesar, you're in good hands!
Lived there for over 3 years. The property went through some different managers but once Cesar took over, it was a game changer. Cesar has upped the standards by not only taking care of the common areas, managing the properties extremely well and been very responsive but also connected with us as tenants, heard our issues and promptly fixed them. Location is great and the rooftop and washer and dryer are great additions. The neighbors were always quiet and nice. Highly recommended.
