Walking distance to Savoy movie theater, Buffalo Wild Wings, Schnucks, and other stores/restaurants. Bus stop for the Yellow line is less than a minute walk from the front door (15 minute ride to campus in one direction, Walmart in the other. Available ASAP!! $850 deposit plus first month’s rent. Owner is quick to address concerns or problems - one evening we were worried about the garage door acting up and he was out to look at it the very next day. The size of this place for what you are paying in this area is an absolute steal!
