I like living at 20 east
It's a quiet and affordable place to live. The staff is very friendly and helpful. Management is very quick to respond to questions. As well as very professional.

The Manager
The current manager is extremely professional,as she goes above and beyond her duties. She's always very pleasant and responds quickly when contacted.

Much better place!
They are upgrading the apartments. The new manager is very helpful and she obviously cares about the tenants. I've lived here for 5 years and this is the best manager yet. I definitely recommend 20 East Apartments.

what a dump
I was extremely disappointed when I walked through the door to the "leasing" office. The "lady" who said she was the manager, was in SHORTS!! Tacky and unprofessional. The grass needed cutting, the flowerbeds were over run with weeds and looked horrible. A couple of the stone beds had been destroyed and then thrown back together without a thought or a care to appearance. I drove around and was astonished at what a dump this place is. Dumpsters overflowing, trash everywhere. Disgusting. Reminded me of Washington Gardens. The pictures are apparently from years past when someone actually took an interest in the place. High rents, trashy atmosphere, rude office staff. Stay away from there!!!
