Two bedroom, one bathroom apartment with small yard and a coin-op laundry on premise. Part of a triplex. Near Needham Elementary school and Durango High School. Dogs are ok with $200 pet deposit and $35 per month, per pet. Tenants pay for electric and gas, as well as $40 per person, per month for W/S/T. Students ok with references. INTERESTED IN THIS RENTAL?
