I recently moved into 200 W Ocean from DTLA and I am overwhelmed with gratitude to the entire team! From the moment I had my initial tour, to Alexandra patiently holding my hand through my endless amount of follow up questions, to the most seamless move in process, and finally, the Community Manager, Phillip, hand delivering a welcome home gift to my door — I AM SO HAPPY to be here! This community is stunning! I love my natural sunlight and the kitchen appliance package is top-tier. I have a dog, and he has had the best time getting to know the community and walking around the numerous parks that are near by. I leased one of the bi-level lofts and it is so spacious. The finishes are minimalistic yet modern, the common areas are spotless, the pool is heated and there WiFi in all of the common areas. I could go on and on, but trust me, you want to live here! Thank you so much to the 200 W Ocean Team!

The team always responds to residents' needs and concerns and make living at 200 West a place I love to call home.
I was always adverse to renting before I had the privilege of living at this location. The staff is excellent and extremely professional. I really couldn’t ask for a better group of individuals that care about the well-being and comfort of the tenants that live in this building. From maintenance staff, front desk and security. It really is an AllStar crew. Big appreciation for Kristine, Hans, Alex, Daniel, Maurice and the rest of the staff! They really make my life easier. Thanks again.
I love living here. We love it here. It’s beautiful, well maintained. Well kept. Our unit was brand new when we moved in. We were the first ones to live here and it’s just beyond stunning. The high ceilings, the brand new amazing amenities etc. The topper is how amazing the team here is. Khristine and Hans are incredible! They were very responsive and extremely supportive during our move. We are looking forward to enjoying our time here.

These apartments are beautiful - chic style thoughtfully laid out in an open floor space. Awesome high ceilings with no overhead noise and amazing floor to ceiling windows. Can’t beat the location or the helpful and friendly staff!
