This ground floor apartment offers two bedrooms and one bath. One bedroom has a walk-in closet and separate door to the bathroom. The spacious living room leads into the dining room with sliding door to patio area. Laundry room is adjacent to the unit and shared with the other tenants. The shared garage offers one covered parking space per unit. Please no pets at this address. MOVE-IN COSTS: We collect a full month's rent upon possession and will pro-rate the second month. The full Security deposit is required at move-in. The base Security deposit equals one month's rent and can be more if approved with a pet and an Adverse approval. Monthly Pet fees will be charged based on the "Paw Score" risk level assessed by . Farm or exotic animals, if not otherwise classified as Assistance Animals, are approved on a case-by-case basis, and the Property Manager reserves the right to reject any pet based on individual circumstances. Assistance animals, once verified by , will never be charged any upfront fees, monthly fees, or deposits.
