About This Property
In the heart of Pittsburgh's South Side is a beautiful 3 bedroom home waiting for you to move in. Walking distance to grocery store, dining on Carson Street, and southside night life. However, you are on a very quiet block. Bus line to downtown and Oakland. Perfect for young professionals, residents at UPMC or AHN, or students of Pitt, Duquesne, CMU, and Carlow. Most recently updated with a new kitchen (stainless appliances), refinished original wood floors, zoned AC/Heating units, and all new basic systems (plumbing and electric). Painted in Oct 2022, the third floor is fully painted but I didn't snap pictures, I can send to you if requested. New carpet installed in the third floor Oct 2022 (lived on by one tenant will be cleaned prior to move in). Attic bedroom (#3) has a walk in closet and views of the city. Bedroom #1 has beautifully exposed brick. All wire racks in the kitchen will stay including the bakers table which is excellent prep space. Bar stools included. Mounted TV's also included. Cable wiring is in every room (will need to get your own cable and internet service). Will be professionally cleaned prior to move in. You have access to a full unfinished basement. A second washer and dryer are down there as well as a Pittsburgh toilet (if you know you know) and a shower. Additionally, a double scrub skin is available next to the basement laundry. Water will remain in our name and be billed next month in addition to rent when exceeding $150 for the prior month. Heat and AC run off of mini-split systems, each room has is own unit so you can adjust to each rooms perfect temperature. Electric, gas, cable, and internet will be tenants responsibility. Security deposit and last months rent must be paid prior to move in. Any questions just ask!

Southside Flats is one of two neighborhoods that make up Pittsburgh's dynamic Southside. The primarily residential neighborhood is located at the base Mount Washington, Southside's enormous hill. It also sits right under the Southside Slopes, the other Southside neighborhood, which runs precariously up the hillside. Residents of the Flats have convenient access to the hottest shopping and nightlife district in Pittsburgh, as well as riverfront trails and parks.
The lively neighborhood lies south of the Monongahela River and south of East Carson Street, known as the "Great American Main Street." One of Pittsburgh's major commercial corridors, East Carson Street offers 15 blocks of Victorian architecture, boutiques, restaurants, bars, art galleries, theatres, and live music venues.
Southside has experienced a residential renaissance, as older 19th-century homes, abandoned factories, and mills are being renovated into modern houses, apartments, and luxury lofts.
