I will be moving soon and I am looking for somebody to take over my lease. My apartment is a 1 bedroom + Office. The Office has double doors, which could be utilized as a 2nd bedroom. You must have income of $80k+ per year to qualify for this apartment (requirement from the leasing company). Regency Place Apartments are Luxury Apartments. - Indoor Pool - Indoor Jacuzzi - Sauna - Spa - Clubhouse - Movie Theater - Outdoor Patio with 2 Gas Weber Grills - Outdoor Fireplace - Oversized Balconies - 1 Indoor Heated/Air Conditioned Parking Garage - 1 Storage Locker - Stainless Steel Appliances - Granite Counters w/ Cherry Cabinets in Kitchen - Hardwood Floors throughout except for carpet in bedrooms. - 9ft Tall Ceilings w/ Crown Molding My apartment is on the 3rd floor and faces the courtyard. The "Office" could be a potential 2nd bedroom as there are double doors that close off the room, with a ceiling fan and light. My apartment is currently renting for over $2,500 through the Management company, but luckily I signed a lease for $2,305. My lease is up Feb 2018. I am slightly flexible on move out dates.
