The location of this home is unbeatable! This home features three spacious queen bedrooms, each sleeping two, and a full bathroom with a walk-in shower. The full kitchen is equipped with stainless steel appliances, and there's a large outdoor kitchen with a stainless steel stove top. Enjoy free parking for up to two vehicles, a free washer and dryer, high-speed Wi-Fi, a smart TV, and a Keurig coffee machine. The MIL suite offers a quaint farmhouse-styled studio with a queen bed and a full bathroom with a walk-in shower, all furnished and cozy. During your stay, you will have complete and exclusive access to the entire home, including the backyard and the cottage behind the home which is a beautiful MIL suite. Winter Park is known for its Old World charm, beautiful brick streets, and historic neighborhoods. It's uniquely like a mini-version of Manhattan’s Central Park, but in Central FL, with an abundance of parks. For an exceptional view, get out on the water and explore the vibrant lakes, a chain of six. Close enough to the theme parks, yet just far enough to still experience local Orlando living. There’s a refined hipster vibe, packed with the area’s hottest restaurants, sleek bars, eclectic coffee shops, shopping, world-class museums, and a liberal arts college campus right in the center of town! We conveniently offer self check-in and check-out. Though we are not available in person, we are happy to answer any questions and help accommodate to the best of our ability. The home is professionally cleaned and sanitized between each guest. Check-out time is 10 AM. In order to prepare the property for the next guests, housekeeping is scheduled to arrive promptly upon check-out. Kindly keep in mind that late check-outs affect housekeeping schedules and future guest reservations. In the event you stay beyond the original scheduled check-out time, you may incur a fee of up to $300.
