This is a single home in a fully residential area, conveniently located close to the intersection of Easton Avenue and Stefko Boulevard in Bethlehem: quiet street, yet walking distance to stores and short driving to highways. It is a 3-bedroom house, single bathroom, with fully finished basement under 1/2 of the house, which is currently used as a big rec room (the rest of the basement consist of utility room, laundry room and storage room). The property has a nice backyard, great for summer afternoon and evening relaxing time. Free parking is available on street, right affront of the house, enough for at least two cars. You are welcome to drive by to see the house from the street prior to contacting me, just please don't disturb the tenants who are moving out this week. The house will be available as soon as the current tenants finish moving out and the necessary repairs are conducted. First and the last month rent are due at signing, plus a security deposit equal to one month's rent. Utilities are tenant's responsibility. Small pets might be allowed, with prior consent from the owner.
