THE RENT FOR OCTOBER IS ALREADY PAID FOR, BUT I AM MORE THAN WILLING TO PAY RENT FOR THE MONTH OF NOVEMBER ALSO!!! hey yall i am subleasing my bedroom at village green apartments and signing onto another lease on the other side of campus. (i have already paid the rent for this month by the way, Each month you would pay $599 and the apartment comes fully furnished and all you are required to bring is your bed/bedframe, all your belongings of course, a shower rod/curtain, then of course whatever else youd like to bring.the apartment comes with a couch, television, full washer/dryer, dish washer, stove and fridge, two pantries, and a kitchen table. All three rooms come with a bedside table and dresser and your own personal bathroom, the other rooms come with a walk in closet and mine has a smaller one. but upside is that i have the master bathroom so its a bit bigger than the other bathrooms. Girl or guy, if you move there is no application fee if you sign before october 1st and the rent for this month of september is already paid for !!! Btw I have just been told i can also sublease it to you for six months, you would just have to find somEone to sublet the room the other six months of the lease, the front office at village green told me that they can work with you on pricing and renting if you have a scholarship at NCSU or financial aid!! and a cosigner of course is needed. contact me if you have any more questions!!
