Suite D is located on the second floor, ground floor units are also available. This is a quiet and relaxing place to be, with quiet hours from 10pm to 8am, so you will be able to relax and sleep well. Very popular with Samsung and TESLA employees as well as tradespeople, we are a welcoming place that is also pet friendly. All pets permitted, owner must pay for any and all pet damage including replacing anything clawed by cats or chewed by dogs. There is a $250 cleaning fee per pet which will be refunded if extreme cleaning is not required after you leave. You will need to pay for the cost of repairing any and all damage caused inside the unit during your stay. Normal use of water, electricity, garbage, pest control, lawn care and parking for two cars are all included at no extra fee. No use of commercial appliances or commercial operations/activities are allowed. Smoking inside the units will result in immediate termination of occupancy. Smoking outside on the property is permitted, but never on balconies, walkways, porches or other areas which may annoy or interfere with other tenants. Littering on the property, including cigarette butts, is not allowed. The first instance will result in a written warning, the second will result in immediate termination. You must purchase renters insurance and provide us with monthly proof of payment. Or we can do that for you as well for $75/month. There are no other fees other than your rental fee. In-unit laundry facilities are included, along with all furnishings.
