With our ideal location only blocks from the Pike Place Market this really is the best deal in Belltown. Ours is a classic 1916 brick building that was completely renovated with new plumbing and fire coded wiring but it still retains the best of both the old and the new: spacious nine-foot ceilings but contemporary baths and kitchens with chef pleasing gas stoves. The Stratford on 4th is a beautiful classic old world building located in the heart of Seattle. It is just a couple blocks from the Pike Place Market Westlake Center restaurants bars cafes entertainment shopping movie theaters and much more. This is a fantastic location in the center of Seattle. Our one bedroom is very spacious with a great layout. It has hardwood floors carpet in the bedroom gas heat gas range lots of light high ceilings and more. The apartment was recently renovated with new tile floors in the kitchen and bathroom refinished hardwoods throughout carpet in the bedroom granite counter tops new cabinetry exposed brick trim work paint blinds plumbing fixtures and more. We have a rooftop deck with barbeque grill and seating. The laundry room is on site and there is an elevator in the building. This is a truly beautiful apartment in a fantastic location.
