Roaches! Been here months and no pest control has ever been on property! Rude neighbors! Loud neighbors! Idk who needs to hear this but Headstart starts at 3yrs old and Kindgergarden is 5! Avoid living near the playground! Walls thin! 3AM gun shots nearby every morning! Maintenance flying down the sidewalk instead of the parking lot, blocking residents from walking by or we almost get hit with golf carts! Trash everywhere! Poorly built property! Moved here in a rush and quickly regret it! Nasty laundry room, and watch your laundry! Gates were closed for 30 minutes one day since I moved here, they're usually wide open for such a criminal area, so if safety is a concern of yours, keep looking! Hidden fees not shown on website or apartments.com! The office staff is actually alright.
Homeless people are always in the apartment complex, not safe. They charge $25/month for a trash service that doesn't pick up. Utilities AREN'T included, it's an extra $80+ a month on top of the rent. Staff is awful and unresponsive.
One of the worst mistakes I ever made was moving into this place. Load disrespectful neighbors, obtuse management, front gate left open 24/7…list goes on.

Recently moved in. So far everything has gone well from emailing the leasing office to getting my keys. The apartment was in good condition. Any issues or questions I’ve had have been answered or fixed in a reasonable amount of time. Really like how the rent stay the same price and does not fluctuate. The grounds are well kept and the only people I’ve seen around are those walking their dogs or doing laundry.

Very unprofessional and horrible customer service, they do not wear masks and follow covid 19 guidelines, Alma, Sophia and the third woman there do not seem to care that they don't follow guidelines for covid or simple regulations. They give you a move in fee, then tack on extra money that they do not write on the lease for move in/late fees/etc. so there is no record of it and ALMA WILL COME INTO YOUR APARTMENT WITHOUT NOTICE OR PERMISSION AND TAKE PICTURES OF YOUR BELONGINGS. There's occasional roaches, I saw like 3 a month, not necessarily an infestation, but if you can avoid these apartments stay away and know that the women up front are nothing but drama and will try to scam money from you, but if you do decide to live here make sure you take pictures of everything damaged before you move in make sure it's written in record and when they charge you for things ask for a paper detailing the costs so you KNOW what you're paying for. In addition to this, know that their prices online do not match their actual prices. Also, make sure you know your rights as a renter because corporate does not answer nor get back to you.

We would like to address your concerns and accusations, as we have done so in our office as well. If you have any further issues, please have the actual leaseholder of this apartment contact our new manager Luisa at 2025westmanager@westernwealthcommunities.com We follow COVID precautions including a COVID Leasing barrier with each and every resident and prospect in our leasing office. In the past residents/prospects were not required to wear a mask when visiting, although this is mandatory and has caused frustration by those visiting the leasing office not wanting to wear one. We have communicated with the actual leaseholder on the lease, and any concerns between them and us have been resolved. Due to you being a minor previously and not on the lease, we would not have communicated directly with you so are sorry if you were left out of maintenance requests and inspection communication. We use Pest control on a regular basis, and have emergency pest control if additional needs are reported. All prices online are accurate and reflect the cost of a classic apartment. As in any rental community, additional fees such as utilities, upgraded units, and service charges are then documented on the quote and move-in worksheet, before outlined and signed on the actual lease agreement. -WWCo Management
At first the new management was great and tried to help whenever it was needed. Now that the summer hit and complex is in need of A/C everything has gone south. The management refuses to listen to complaints about how warm the apartments get. I understand that electricity bills are high for the A/C and the complex offers the utilities for free. However the new rules implemented by management are inexcusable. The tenants have resorted to purchasing their own A/C units to get by in the heat. In order to combat this, management has implemented a fine of $150 dollars to those that have the units installed. I have never had this happen in my 8 years of living in this complex. How can the owners sit here and fine those that cant stand the constant 80-90 degree heat inside these apartments. This is becoming the last straw for most of the tenants . I would recommend not moving here, unless you want to live in an oven or want to deal with money grubbing owners.
This complex is within walking distance to grocery shopping and several places to eat. There are two common areas, each with a pool and grill area. There is an exercise room off the main office. Located close to the freeway for an easy commute to work. There is a family friendly atmosphere with a friendly staff.
