3 bedroom, 2 bath home with exterior bonus room. Includes stainless gas stove, dishwasher and refrigerator. Tenant is responsible for all utilities, trash and lawn care. One cat or small dog allowed with owner approval and $350 non-refundable pet fee. No smoking. No Section 8. $1750/month with $1750 deposit. Property can not be held without a deposit. Deposit will hold a property for up to 2 weeks then rent must start. If application is not approved, deposit is refundable. Tenant must pass background check. Net income (amount you bring home/deposited) must be at least $5300 per month. $35 per adult app fee that covers background check (non-refundable). Anyone 18 years or older that will be living at the property, is required to complete their own application and background check regardless if they will be on the lease or not.
