This property is located in between North Ave and Brady St and is a few blocks from Lake Michigan. There are several restaurants, shops and other local attractions within walking distance. As for the house itself, it includes 1 parking spot and washer/dryer on site. Central air is available for the hot Milwaukee summers. In the back of the house there is a concrete slab that acts as a patio/grill area. A new deck was built in 2024 with sufficient lighting throughout. This property has a large kitchen with a proper amount of storage. The windows throughout the house receive sunlight all throughout the day within the dining room, kitchen and living room. The dining room and living room are connected giving it a very spacious atmosphere. Each bedroom has a closet and at least one window. My wife and I live in the upper unit so we are quick to act if there are any issues that occur.
