Students will be considered with good references. Dogs are ok with a $200 pet deposit, per pet. No cats or smokers. Note: the entire unit was painted before the current tenants moved on. The updated photos are with the gray paint. Older photos and the video tour include the green paint. Video tour available on our website. INTERESTED IN THIS RENTAL? The first step is to schedule a showing. We require applicants to see the property in person, with only a few exceptions that allow proxies or virtual tours.
