The home's sleeping arrangements include a primary bedroom with a king-size bed on the second floor, two additional bedrooms with queen beds on the second floor, and a fourth bedroom with two twin-over-twin bunk beds on the first floor. The primary bedroom features an en-suite full bathroom, while another full bathroom is available on the second floor and a half bathroom on the first floor. The kitchen is fully loaded with pots, pans, silverware, kitchen utensils, plates, and much more, perfect for preparing meals with a large dining table, kitchen bar area, and breakfast nook. The large living room boasts a 65-inch smart TV. The backyard and pool area include lounge chairs, a dining area, and a mini seating area around a fire pit. The interior is recently remodeled and professionally decorated, making this home feel fresh and modern, while still making you feel right at home. Additional amenities include high-speed Wi-Fi, air conditioning, heating, and a washer/dryer. Pets are welcome with a fee of $150 per pet per stay. An additional nightly rate applies for 7 or more guests, with a fee of $39 per guest per night. The fourth bedroom will be opened for groups of 8 or more guests to accommodate their sleeping arrangements. This established community offers a friendly atmosphere and a rich heritage. Mesquite provides convenient access to the excitement of Dallas and Fort Worth via major highways. Whether you're seeking a family-friendly environment or a comfortable base for exploring the metroplex, Mesquite offers a relaxed and established atmosphere. The neighborhood is quiet, safe, and has a great suburban feel. It's close to a beautiful marina and lots of parks. Nearby attractions include the Mesquite Convention Center 2.2 miles away, Mesquite Shopping District 4.2 miles away, and Lake Ray Hubbard 6.2 miles away. The Dallas Arboretum and Botanical Garden is 9 miles away, and the Old Fish Hatchery Nature Area is 9.3 miles away, among others. Indoor smoking is strictly prohibited, and a violation will incur a $500 fine. The pool is professionally serviced twice a week during the summer months and once a week during the rest of the year. Security cameras are installed at the front door overlooking the yard and in front of the garage facing the cars, recording 24/7. There are no cameras inside the house to respect your privacy. Any violation of the house rules can result in the cancellation of the reservation with no refund to the guest. The fridge water dispenser is out of service. The pool is not heated, and the pool technician accesses the area through the backyard gate. The landscaper goes once a week. This home features a garden area, and even though our pest control service goes out to the home at least once a month, you might encounter wildlife in the yard, and occasionally, outdoor insects may appear indoors. In the months of April and May, due to the abundant trees, there are plenty of caterpillars. The home is equipped with high-speed Wi-Fi, making it suitable for remote work.
