The home's sleeping arrangements include a king bed in the primary bedroom on the second floor, two queen beds in the second and third bedrooms on the second floor, and two twin-over-twin bunk beds in the fourth bedroom on the first floor. The kitchen is fully loaded with pots, pans, silverware, kitchen utensils, plates, and much more, perfect for preparing meals with a large dining table, kitchen bar area, and breakfast nook. The large living room features a 65” smart TV, and the backyard and pool area include lounge chairs, a dining area, and a mini seating area around a fire pit. You’ll be able to park in the 4-car driveway. The interior is recently remodeled and professionally decorated, making this home feel fresh and modern, while still making you feel right at home. Other amenities include high-speed Wi-Fi, air conditioning, heating, and a washer/dryer. Pets are welcome with a fee of $150 per pet per stay. An additional nightly rate applies for more than six guests, with a fee of $39 per guest per night starting from the seventh guest. The fourth bedroom will be opened for groups of eight or more guests to accommodate their sleeping arrangements. This established community offers a friendly atmosphere and a rich heritage. Indoor smoking is strictly prohibited, and a violation will incur a $500 fine. The pool is serviced twice a week in summer months and once a week all other months. Security cameras are installed at the front door and in front of the garage, recording 24/7. Any violation of the house rules can result in the cancellation of the reservation with no refund to the guest. The fridge water dispenser is out of service, and pool towels are not provided. The garage has been remodeled as a cinema room. Pest control service is conducted monthly, but outdoor insects may occasionally appear indoors.
