Enjoy our art filled furnished garden apartment with your own private patio overlooking sparkling Lake Washington. Lake beach and beautiful park are just a few minutes walk. Walk a few blocks the other way and catch a 15 min ride on a bus to downtown Seattle. You will love it! Welcome to our charming Seattle getaway, let us give you a little tour of the space. HOME AND ENTRY This unit is the daylight basement apartment surrounded by meticulously maintained gardens. The space has a private entry through the back of the home as well as a private patio through french doors on the side of the home. KITCHEN Upon entering the unit, you are in the colorful fully furnished kitchenette with a cozy retro table with cushioned seats, great for laptopping. Appliances include mini fridge, two burner stove top, microwave, toaster oven and drip coffee maker. Dishes, silverware, utensils, pots, pans etc also provided. BATHROOM Just past the kitchen, you will find a hallway with the linen closet on your left and the bathroom on your right. The bathroom has recently undergone a remodel with a custom tiled standup shower. BEDROOM In a few more steps, you will find the bedroom on your left with a large cozy queen bed with luxury linens. Opposite the end of the bed is a smart TV, dresser and closet with hanging space and built in shelving. The window also has a blackout shade. LIVING ROOM Just outside the bedroom, you will find the living room with futon that can be converted for a visitor and Smart TV. PATIO There are french doors that exit onto a private patio where you can sit and enjoy lush landscaping and a view of Lake Washington.
