Property Ratings at 2044 E 13th St
HORRIBLEEE !! The management does nothing , the super does nothing. There are tenants , thinking they own a private house , making noises at 12am , 1 am , 2 am , 3am. You can't sleep , because the tenants are not educated enough to understand they live in a building and there are other people leaving and working full time who are coming home to sleep and relax. DO NOT LOOK FOR AN APARTMENT HERE . YOU WILL BE DISAPPOINTED. PLUS , THEY PERMANENTLY DON'T HAVE HOT WATER , THE WATER IS BARELY HOT SOMETIME .
