Only 4.5 miles to the new White Water Park opening summer 2023. Inside, you'll find plenty of space, plus a fully fenced backyard with a swing set for added fun. Come experience comfort and convenience. The main entrance to the home is through the front portico. The first room you'll see once inside is the living room, where you'll find a couch with a queen pullout bed, two chairs, and a large TV over an antique fireplace. To the right of the living room is a cozy dining room with a table and chairs for 8. Pass through the dining room to the kitchen, where you'll feel like you stepped into the comforts of Grandma's kitchen. This fully equipped kitchen may have all the retro vibes, but it is ready for all your modern-day cooking needs. The light and bright laundry room is off the back of the kitchen and is stocked with a full-size washer and dryer for your convenience. To find the bedrooms and bathrooms, you turn left off the main entrance to the home. The first bedroom has a king bed and ample closet space to store your belongings during your stay. The second bedroom has two full beds and a desk for all your work-from-home needs. The last bedroom has two twin-over-twin bunk beds, as well as toys, books, and games for kids. The two full bathrooms are also near the bedrooms. Don't forget to check out the backyard with a large patio, picnic table, Adirondack chairs, a charcoal grill, and plenty of space for kids and pets to run around. There is even a full-size play set for kids to enjoy. We are a pet-friendly home. Pets must be crated when they are left unattended in the home. We do not allow pets on furniture or beds, and all waste must be cleaned up from the yard. All pets require a non-refundable pet fee. If there is evidence of pet hair on the furniture, excess hair in the home, stains, or waste found in the yard or home, you will be charged the cost to clean this. The home is located in the Capital Heights area of Montgomery. The area is charming and established. Conveniently located to Interstate, downtown, shopping, and dining. There is plenty of space for cars in the driveway for guests to utilize. Uber, Lyft, and other taxi services are readily available, but driving is encouraged. The house has a digital keypad at the front door which will provide you access to the house. The code will be provided upon check-in. You will have full and private access to the home. We like to give our guests maximum privacy, so we offer contact-free check-in via a digital door code. Just know that we are only a phone call away if ever the need arises during your stay.

The Montgomery Country Club in the southern end of the community provides a lush backdrop for several homes as well.
