The backyard features a large patio, picnic table, adirondack chairs, a charcoal grill, a swing set, and plenty of space for kids and pets to run around. A Pack-N-Play and vacuum are available upon request. Pets are welcome with a non-refundable pet fee. Located just 10 minutes from downtown, the Legacy Museum, and the Rosa Parks Museum, and 15 minutes to Maxwell Air Force Base, Montgomery Zoo, and the airport. It is only 4.5 miles to the new White Water Park. The home is located in the Capital Heights area of Montgomery, a charming and established area conveniently located to the Interstate, downtown, shopping, and dining. There is plenty of space for cars in the driveway for guests to utilize. Uber, Lyft, and other taxis are readily available, but driving is encouraged. Quiet hours are between 10 PM and 7 AM. If our cleaning crew reports any signs of smoking cigarettes, vapes, e-cigs, pipes, etc. (smell, ash, etc.) in or around the home, an automatic $500 damage charge will be incurred. The same charge applies if cigarette butts are found outside of the home. If marijuana is smoked in or around the home a $500 fee will be charged, and details about the reservation may be turned over to the appropriate authorities. Parties are prohibited at the home. Other events are permitted at the home only with prior approval. You will be responsible for any damage to the home or its furnishings during your stay. Please bag all trash and place it in the bins provided. There is a $100 charge for third-party trash removal if an excessive amount of trash is left at the property. Pets must be crated when they are left unattended in the home. Pets are not allowed on furniture or beds, and all waste must be cleaned up from the yard. If there is evidence of pet hair on the furniture, excess hair in the home, stains, or waste found in the yard or home, you will be charged the cost to clean this.
